My work is grounded in lived practice across the cooperative ecosystem: food co-ops, worker-owned cooperatives, and worker self-directed organizations. I bring experience from board rooms, turnarounds, start-ups, and conversions—helping groups move from organizing and intention into accountable ownership and collective stewardship.

I am based in New Orleans and work locally, nationally, and virtually.
